Inside each of us is a Great Dream of Self. Dreaming is a way of looking inside to discover this Great Dream, and identify and overcome inner blocks so you can bring this Great Dream to fruition.
In this course you are going to learn about dreaming. In particular, we will be doing different practices – both in the course and as suggested in homework to be done between sessions – that will enhance your ability to dream and understand your dreams.
This is a stand-alone course. You don’t need to have an existing practice, or know anything at all about dreams to take this course.
At the same time, this course is also conceived of as a companion to the book The Secret Mind: Unlock the Power of Dreams to Transform Your Life. For those of you who have the book, this course will provide new and added material that will deepen your dreaming practice.
For those of you who can, combining both course and the book The Secret Mind will create a solid foundation of both understanding and practice for your dreaming journey.
The course consists of six sessions, each about twenty minutes in length, plus a free bonus video. The topics include:
1. Dreaming 101: Setting the Stage
2. Noticing and Describing: Two Critical Dreaming Skills
3. The Senses: How and Why Dreams Come from our Bodies, Not our Heads
4. Working with Dreams: Practice with Actual Dream Material
5. Lucid Dreaming and Waking Up: The Connection Between Dreaming and Waking Life.
6. Transformation: Moving from Nightmares to Great Dreams
Bonus Video: The Different Kinds of Dreams
Once you register we will send you the link to access the course.
