Individual session

Individual sessions are for working with a specific dream, question, decision or are used as a “check-in”. If you are wanting to make a life change, incubating a creative project, or working through a personal development issue and plan to do more than one session we invite you to view one of our packages.
Sessions are conducted on Zoom. Once we receive payment you’ll be emailed a link to schedule. Offered in English and French.

3-Session Package

The 3-Session Package is recommended for those new to doing personal development work using IIDI’s dreaming and imagery techniques. With three sessions you’ll gain a solid introduction to how dreams can help you, and gain insights into your goals and inner development. You’ll learn skills you can take beyond these sessions to continue to cultivate expanded possibilities in your life and work. By opting for the package you will have a rich exploration, as well as receive a more than 3% discount.
