Dreaming is an embodied practice. It is through the physical vessel of our body that we interact with our deepest Self and the outside world we know as Other. The unique physicality of our bodies translates primal energy in specific ways, as well as being our individual lens of phenomenological experience. Mapping our body and entering an engaged relationship with it allows us to expand and consciously create our experiencing, deepens our respect for Self and Other, and develops intuition and dreaming.
It is not necessary to take these classes in order.
