The Life Plan lays the foundation for our grounded, embodied self, and provides basis for how to shift from an emotion and return to a place of centered response. It is both understanding of why we act as we do, and a tool for acting consciously. Working the Life Plan you will create an individual body map, and build the skills for conflict resolution.
This class is a basic for all dreamers; for practitioners it is an invaluable tool for working with clients.
The class is primarily experiential, using imagery exercises, with the first session including some pedagogical instruction.
ICF Coaches receive 10 Resource Development hours.
