The oldest Kabbalistic text, the Scroll of Creating (Sefir Yetzirah), writes: “…and if your heart runs, return to the place.” Where is the place? How do we return there?
The challenges of today toss and turn our emotions, pulling us out of ourselves, and making our hearts run. Our inner sense of oneness becomes disjointed. Narratives are created about the world, fostering non-peaceful interactions with self and other. The way back seems far or even lost. Except that it’s not… we just have to remember how to find it.
In this dreaming and imagery workshop, led by Bonnie Buckner from IIDI and hosted by Fundacja Sztuka Wolności, you will discover the secret place within you to which you can return, and re-claim peace. In Hebrew, the word for peace – shalom – also means wholeness. When our heart runs out of us we lose our sense of wholeness and peace. Through looking within, and returning our heart, we restore it. Creating peace within the self creates peace without. There is no individual, inner work that doesn’t have global consequences.
This workshop will be experiential. We will work with dreams you have during the workshop, and do sets of imagery exercises. We will also include work around the building of a prayer practice. As weather allows, some classwork will incorporate exercises with our forest friends.

Cost is 300 euro, which includes accommodation for 3 nights in double or triple bedrooms, 3 meals, + 13.5 hours dream/imagery work.
30% of total fee is required as a deposit to hold your space in the workshop.
3 months before the workshop 80% of the fee will need to be paid.
The remaining payment will need to be made by the start of the workshop.
Deposit is 100% refundable up to 3 months before the workshop. 2 months before the workshop deposit is refunded 50%. No refunds from 1 month before the workshop.
