Our human experience is being in the form we call our body. Our body form is in relationship to a world of other forms in people, nature, and the world around us. Dreaming comes from our bodies. It is the language of our experience of form. This means that dreaming is an embodied practice.
At the Institute we teach embodiment in a unique way, by exploring the visual language of the body that we can find in dreaming and in short imagery exercises, or what we call dreaming awake.
Entering an engaged relationship with our bodies deepens our respect for Self and Other, and develops intuition and dreaming.
In this fun, introductory workshop you will get introduced to this approach to embodied dreaming, and have some practice exploring your body through short imagery exercises.
Dates TBD
Online via Zoom.
